STUCK w/No Primary Quest or any quests in Factions

Heres my problem. LVL 20 broughtover to factions from Prophecies, have kc and marketplace unlocked, HAVE DONE all quests and mission in these 2 towns that i can find (including surrounding area),I have no primary quests or quest. This Char has run everywhere capable where gates are and cannot get Into them, or unlock missions towns ect ANYWHERE . So i decided to bring another char over from factions to cantha to see if i did something wrong in the transfer (LvL 15), I have doe missions, have a primary quest, and CAN UNLOCK AND HAVE UNLOCKED mission cities. So i know now its not me. Now, the LvL 20 is bound by kc and market place w/no missions/quests left, and cannot get to any other cities, blocked by gates. What can i do to resolve this with out deleting the 2 years of work on this char? Any one else have this problem. Submitted to game support(plaync) with automated response and no help. Thanks, Hopefully someone out here has hadthis problem and can help me. Thanks again.

Did you do mhenlos request? That quest takes you to Vizunah square.

well you should be doing a mission called welcome to cantha or something like that. Go back out to the docks area north of KC where you should have arrived from lions arch. You might have missed talking to an NPC out there.

i'd say its very likely that you did miss the NPC on the docks right after you port from lion's arch

Lol, I have the same problem with my Ranger, I accidently abandoned the Primary quest to meet togo. I couldnt get it back, Mhenlo wasnt outside LA, Skills guy didnt give it, none of the dockhands gave it, so i was stuck

I guess there isn't much opportunity (or reason for that matter) to abandon that quest so it probably missed the bug report. Sounds like something to mention to the ANET bug fixers if this really is the case.

Yes, its true what is told, on my dervish the same thing happened to me, while i was doing the Welcome to Cantha my computer shut off, and now even the docks have no quests, so im stuck as well

could someone possibly tell Anet about this? im really ticked off

If you are in Kaineng, and have abandoned Welcome to Cantha quest, you have to go back to Bejunkan Pier to get the quest again.
