PC on Baozo's Wand

I know that item can be found on the 1st Island of Factions, but as a green item, I was wondering how much I could sell it for in Prophecies and in Factions?
Would the price differ between the two 'games'?

Well if you know how much it's worth, tell me so.

* Halves casting time of spells (10%)
* Energy +3 (while Health is above 50%)
