?Scamming?

I always hear people talking about being scammed. I was just wondering how people scam. On runs or something? I don’t know, I am completely in the dark on this one.

Another question… If you are scammed, how could reporting to Anet even help you?

I am asking this because one time [a long time ago] I went to UW [and a friend of mine paid] and one of the monks that came with us just let us die… When we were all dead, she went on to farm UW and got all our good drops… Is that scamming? And could I have reported her? I don’t understand what Anet could even do to her if I had reported her.

How do you report someone anyway?
