The forgotten solo?

Hehe I just wanted to reminis (sp? idiot) about my first solo farm build i ever used in the game and I see that nobody ever uses it any more and if they do they never speek of it so these pics I took as i power leveled myself while makin money instead of losing it. The farmers should know the build post what you think it is

This is being posted for fun and to also show one of the forgotten uses for an ele seeing that nobody wants to use them any more I thought I'd talk about how you can still solo with them and you can even solo some factions areas with it.

We ALL solo with them. 55, Ether Renewal/Kinetic Armor...et cetera.

I could see it be more usefull if you wanted to use something from the Mesmer attrib line, to get lets say Channeling maybe... But imo its easyer to do Serpends quickness --> Mist form, instead of casting 2 sec A echo first x.x.. also the Serpends Quickness one can be infinet i belive.. where the arcane echo one will need to recharge Echo..

The Serpent's Quickness build requires 12(+1+3) in Water Magic and 12 in Wilderness Survival to keep Mist Form up, or at least as much as you can put. Water's damage isn't that great, but there isn't much choice with your attributes spent that way. Also, this guy was apparently level 16, that's even fewer points. For minotaur farming Arcane Echo is better. You can have maybe 10(+1) in Water, 4-5 in Inspiration for Channeling, and the rest in Earth or Fire Magic for actual damage. Pre-cast Arcane Echo before aggroing the bulk of the minotaurs. Three Mist Forms takes about 40 seconds, making the run take about a minute.

Edit: Also, who needs infinite Serpent's Quickness to kill minotaurs when you can kill them in under a minute?

Just tryed with Echo Mistform, and it is infact pretty good =o its not the Arcane echo, but the Channeling that makes it pretty good.. Pretty hard to run out of energy if there is just a few minos.. only downside is that you dont get the 33% less recarge of firespells..
Buuuutt.. i still pefer my 55 monk over either of the Ele builds >_<
Also, a SQ Mistform Build can also kill in like a minute..

55 ele is same as any other, except you might want to use Aftershock, Shield of Judgement/Crystal Wave and Aura of Restoration/Crystal Wave.

Its funny how many skills I have found glitched now when i look through skills and associate them things should act differently.
This is a fiiine case because mist form is an oddly worded skill soooo if you try to use this farming trolls they still interrupt you seeing how mist form says "You can not take or deal damage from attacks" the attacks still hit and disrupting chop interrupts you buuuuut they kinda over looked the association with Sliver Armor and it considers every attack a miss sooooo. Grab as many minos as you can and even if you have very very low attributes in earth magic one minotaur is taking a lot of damage from sliver armor. Even though it says every time you block they take damage with mist form it deals damage every single time they attack you and the damage dealt isn't as random as many might think you would know this if you EoE bomb grawls as Whirling Deffense is also not as random as it seems.
I'll give it a try with Echo Mist form and more in Earth do deal damage but with a lvl 16 you can't do enough damage to kill minotaurs in minute either build.

Mist form + Serpent's quickness....the best IMHO
