PC on 2 Rare swords & some mods

Had these pop out of some chests, search turned up nothing of use:

Damage +15%
Armor -10 (while attacking
Armor penetration +20% (chance: 19%)
Enchantments last 19% longer


Also have some mods that I dunno what to do with

#3 - Dagger Handle of Dagger Mastery (20%)
#4 - Bow Grip of Demonslaying (20%)
#5 - Sword Pommel of Trollslaying (20%)
#6 - Staff Wrapping of Dragonslaying (20%)
#7 - Staff Wrapping of Healing Prayers (20%)


Any ideas on the value of these items is much appreciated.
