Primo: Accounts don't get hacked, they are given away (involuntarily)
Secundo: They probably can help you to get you account back as long as you have some way to prove that the account belongs to you, like mailining them your CD key. If you can't, then you are indeed screwed.

-run anti-spyware program/s to get rid of keyloggers
-email support with a ticket and reply to the automatic message within 24hrs

The most you will hear from anet about what happpened to the "hackers" is going to be action has/hasn't been taken because of their privacy agreement.
