Element Signet:
Signet, Energy Storage.
2s cast, 20s recharge.
For each other Elementalist skill you have equipped, you gain 4%..8%.10% of your max energy back. This skill causes exhaustion.
----> Whilst the numbers probably need to be tweaked, the goal should be clear. A non-elite energy management skill that's good for elementalists using elem spells. Basing it off a percentage of max energy means energy storage becomes a useful primary for energy gain again.
I'd also like it to be scaled such that a Mo/E with an ele skill or two on his bar can use this as a reasonable alternative to /Me skills.
Element Lord:
Elite Skill, Energy Storage
5e, 1s cast, 60s rech.
For 5s, you gain 1..3.4 energy regen and your spells recharge 33% faster. If you cast an Elementalist spell, Element Lord is renewed for another 5s.

Element lord =no good
It could probably me like
Element lord {Elite}
15 Energy 1 second cast 45 recharge
For 5-14 seconds you gain +2 energy regen (Energy storage req) Everytime you cast a elemental spell you get +1-3 seconds of regen

Why would anyone take that version of element lord over ether prodigy?

Whilst typing I originally had Element Lord at 1..2.3 energy gain and 25% casting time increase.
If ele receives no general buffs, I think a good Element Lord is warranted, just like Ritual Lord makes a Rit viable.
However, if Ele skills are fixed to be generally useful, then Element Lord should be toned down, I guess.
