Farming UW Duo

Hi me and my brother( im the monk and he has a necro) want to farm the UW but dont know all of the skills. We both would be very grateful if someone could help us out.

If your brother got Factions then Change out Suffering for Reckless Haste

The Monk guide says a smiting wand, But having your attribs to:
13 healing (4+ mending, can be precasted with a 1+ scalp)
16 DF
rest Prot
and small leftovers to Tactics

And then using a Holy wand with DF req is better imo..
