A hammer with an Icy Hammer Haft - THE ICEBREAKER would work
and the /A is for the skill Recall

I haven't used hammers that much, mostly a sword/axe warrior.

a easy kd is counter blow for hammers thats the only one i have im usually runnign sword builds
