The energy bonus is good even though users will suffer -1 energy regen, however the +9 armor (not max) below 50% kills it though: ~5k-ish.

whats the max on armor? and does it really kill it that bad? if so ill probly jsut keep it for my monk

+10 is max, and if you are working as a healer, you would hardly want to suffer 50% loss of health just to take advantage of the armor bonus... However, it is a different matter if you are a solo monk though...
