B-Spike build?

What are the basic profession, armor, and build for B-Spike? I made a necro that does really well in Shiverpeak arenas. (But that's not HA, hahaha). Plus, are they only good for HA? Because I've seen them done in GvG.

Barbed Signet, Shadow Strike (and the Factions mirror), and some other ones for attack. Blood Renewal for healing. Awaken The Blood.

Mostly N/Mo, with Shadow/Lifebane Strike, Barbed Sig, and a bunch of monk skills - HH, RC, SoDeflection, etc.

Ok, I used to Arcane Echo Shadow Strike for a Lifebane/Shadow Strike. I guess I'll have to get it if I change to Monk Secondary.
