Personal Message Function

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but woudn't it be cool if Guild Wars would let you send emails inside the game to friends and guild members?

It can have some functions like block everyone except people on your friends list and guild members, to avoide geting spam from people.

What you think?

And I don't mean like wisper. You can send messages when the person is offline to his inbox.

Most decent guilds have web sites that will allow communication. Our alliance (actually four in-game alliances) has a common web site through web portal and we can link our individual sites to it and send email to all in the alliance, and share forums and event calendars for more intercommunication.
