Wher to get guild hall?

I'm sure this has come more then a few time on here, but where do you go to get one or how do you get one? I am some what new to this and was trying to find out. I did try the search part on here and came up with nothing.

Speak to a Canthan Ambassador around Lion's Arch or Kaineng Center. When you find a hall you like, buy a Celestial Sigil from the Sigil Trader, and speak to the Canthan Ambassador again saying, "I request an island like this one for my guild.".
