Hey everyone, I checked the sticky for the base mods already but am not sure if I would go with the first % or second on the upgrade. Kinda new to that.

Got two upgrade components:

Sundering Swordhilt
Armor pen. 20% (chance 19%)

Sundering Bowstring
Armor pen. 20% (chance 15%)
