PC on a Gold Zodiac Longbow

I read the Sticky on rare skins but this one came up with a question mark.
I was hoping someone could give me some input on it.

Gold Zodiac Longbow:
Piercing Dmg. 15-28 (Req.8 Marksmanship)
Dmg. + 20% (While Health is below 50)

Hard to sell, but if you find a buyier then 10k-15k~
