PC on Amber Longbow of Fortitude

Iten belowm i have been told many different prices forthis so i am looking for clarification. on euorpean server if that nakes a difference. thanks in advance as im really struggling!!

ive been quoted from 60k upto 100k+40 ectos so help much appreciated!!

unmodded would be ~20k. Might get 30k for this. mods don't really add value. Expect to lose money if you modded that yourself.
