a friend of mine wants this staff PC'ed.
my personal opinion is to expert-salvage, hoping for the wrapping, but seeing as he really wants a PC from "guru", I'm posting it.

Hmm. I didn't know Factions was over 6 months old!

You might be able to get 20kish off it currently, but smiting isn't very popular.
