Customize on Pick-up weapons

I think that there should be some items that have blue text (or any color for that matter) and that get customized for you when you pick up the weapon. The weapons don't have to be that good, but it would add another level of "uniqueness" considering you have a weapon that noone else has, with a really cool skin. Just an idea, though.

and i am being polite when i say that......very polite.
example of how stupid.
my monk/me gets a gold drop weapon for a warrior that i can sell in 5 minutes for over 100k.
oh noes it has been customized to me and nobody else can use it so i cant sell it.
the merchie offers 127 gold so i expert salvage it and get i nice little pile of steel ingots.
