well no offance but imo its crap cuz the +15% -5 energy with the 1/-1 is a crap combo you all ready have -5 energy now you have -1 energy regain. so like i said IMO its crap so i would say either merch or salvage for one of the mods........gl

Please refrain from offering price checks if you don't know what you're talking about. The Zealous mod doesn't matter when it comes to pricing, it's the inherent mods that count. Yes, the -5 energy is a negative mod, but most axe warriors are adrenaline-based anyway, so they don't really need energy. Plus if you wear Glad's set, it offsets the -5 energy.
