I'm assuming this is a very simple, and probably stupid, question but i just can't put my finger on it. The arrows thart appear on your Health/Energy bars, how do you get them? I seem to have to on my Energy bar, but i could really use third.

Health is 2 hp per arrow per second d/regen

Energy is 1 energy every 3 seconds for each arrow, in other word 1/3 energy per second per arrow. So 3 Arrows will get you 1 energy per second

Dang, looks like 2 is my max then. Although, since my secondary profession is Monk, will i gain any extra arrows from that?

You can easily get it higher with the use of Skills.

For Health you have no inherent regeneration (with of course is 2 HP gained per second per arrow) - There are SEVERAL skills in several classe's lines that give you regen on health though. Like the Ranger's "Troll Unguent"

For energy it is based on class (Ranger gets 3, warrior gets 2, Casters get 4). 1/3 of a point of energy per second per arrow. There are skills that give you more of these also - but a higher cost than health regen. Like "Blood is Power" will give someone SIX more arrows of regen on energy, but at the cost of 33% of that necromancers life.

EDIT: Your secondary does not give you more. A Warrior will have to lay low on the energy costing stuff.

Looks like i'm going to have to redo my skills. Had a few Healing skills on the go, but they really seem to hammer my Energy making other skills redundant.

Cheers for all the help, much appreciated.

I'm sure you'll get used to it, its merely the downside to the warrior. Big high defense armor, and mighty weapons and skills - but at the cost of not being much of a spell caster

Was just browsing the Armour, and noticed that one helmet offers "Energy +1". I'm assuming that would just +1 on to your total Energy, and not add another arrow?

Yes, +1 energy means the amount of energy, not the rate of energy regeneration.

The odd thing is that all professions have +2 energy regen by default but some professions get extra regeneration from armor parts (leggings and feet) rather than built-in. I wonder why they did that?
