Salvaging FoW armour

What do you get when you salvage FoW armour (with no runes obviously)?

Just curious...

Someone who was quitting the game salvaged his armour and got Ectos.

There was a screenshot in the screenshot exposition a while ago, would probably take some digging to find it.

You'll get a random pick from the materials you put into it, in lesser quantities than you paid for the armor. I think the returned quantity with an expert kit is 1/3 of the quantity you put in, but I don't know the number exactly.

That's what I wanted to hear.

I intend to I don't like the look of it (for monk) and everyone has it anyway.

A guildie of mine actually just expert salvaged his FoW.

He got 3 ecto...

I salvaged my mesmer's FoW armour and got 10 Obsidian Shards from the Trousers and runes and cloth from the rest. I beleive that you can get 1/3 of the materials when you salvage it which is consistent with my salvage because legwear costs 30 Ectos and 30 Shards.
