edit: I finally got Incetol to drop his green, so I no longer need the focus.
For the wand I want HCT heal 19 or 20% and NOT +5e over 50%. +5e under 50% is fine.
Wand reqs should be div fav. Prot or inspiration req is fine on the focus if it is 10 or lower.

I also want a 1 handed weapon with built in health degen. Having a crappy vamp mod on it is a bonus. +hp and +al mods will be replaced.
