Looking for a Staff

Has anyone found this type of staff?



I found this when I was an Me/Mo in Ascalon and I upgraded it to this:




I use this staff to give me +18 energy for a Gale Warrior, Trapper, Toucher, Beastmaster, Shadow-Deadly Art Assassin and Ritual Lord. Basically builds that don't require a mod of 20/20 but requires a lot of energy like Trapping.

I have found this on a quest a long time ago in Ascalon and I have forgotten. I tried Remaking and deleting Me/Mo's in my spare Character slots but seem I cannot find this type of staff. If anyone has come across this kind of staff please let me know what quest/monster/reward you get this from. Thanks.

Yeah I have loads, they are great
