Is there anyway to turn kurzick faction points into luxon points or vice versa?

That'd be kinda strange. You're earning your way into the good graces of the Kurzicks by helping them with important things, escorting merchants and killing Luxons and whatnot, then you go to the Luxons and say "Hey, I helped the Kurzicks with all their quests, can I get some favor with you now?" I don't think they'd like that. Probably feel used.
