I have been trying to sell this for like 3 days and got nothing. I got an in-game price check that said 10-K, and i just wanted to make sure it was "valid".

sadly, it is a blue item, which i know will make it worth less.
I would also like to know if anyone knows any particular city where people buy hammers a lot or something.

Because...It being collector's, the item is worth next to nothing. The +30 hp mod was only an ok idea if you planned on using it. Even so, I wouldn't put a +30 hp on it.

the +30 hp mod is 20kish. I usually buy them for 20k no problem.

Agreed, can probably find the +30 for a hammeer for 15 as well, hammers aren't popular, yet.

+30Hp mods usually sell for 10k ish. I have had people offer them to me for 20k and I turn around and say I normally pay 10k for mine and they agree instantly. Sometimes I have paid as low as 8k and the most I have paid recently is 12.5k and that was for two for 25k instead of 30k.
I didnt know you can expert salvage collectors item... I have seen many people say you cant... Maybe you can. Anyway maybe 5k ish for someone needing a perfect hammer with a perfect mod. If the salvaging works, good luck
You cant salvage the 15>50. You can only get from yours either +30hp mod or crafting materials.
