Pc on Monk smiting staff and focus.

Im Looking for, as you may see the pvp smiting rods, and focus. I need to have them in pve, and i would like to know a price, or any collectors that may have these, ive looked at rods, but they only have one 20% chance, i need the two.

PvP name: Smiting rod.
Any req
Light Damage(Or any other type.)
Dmg: 11-22, could be lower dont mind.
Halves casting time of smiting prayer spells (Chance:20%)
Halves skill recharge of smiting prayer spells (Chance: 20%)

PvP name: Hollowed idol
Any req
Energy +12(Must be 12)
Halves casting time of smiting prayer spells (Chance:20%)
Halves skill recharge of smiting prayer spells (Chance: 20%)
