Hi.
A friend of ours, who is one of our guild members has been able to play the last 2 months due to severe computer problems, viruses, etc. Anyway, we were able to clean him up finally, and we are ready to play.
He just tried to sign on, and of course has forgotten his password. The problem is, he doesn't use that email address any longer. Is there any hope for this other than a new cd key?

open a support ticket.
respond to the first auro respond that the problem was not solved (within 24 hours to prevent closing the ticket) by the first answer.
this gets you a real person.
send in whatever proof (key, receipt, etc) asked for to prove the account is really his and they will do what is necessary to get it back for him
