100% perfect Water Wand

very nice.. most people would say 30-50k but i really like the water ele and i know for a fact that you can find a water ele that would be willing to pay upwards of 70k for it.. perfect wands are hard to find

30-50k is possible perhaps even higher but doubt it... honestly prefer casting way more when using water
