So, before I take the plunge and sacrifice the sweet look of the Necro for the Ritualist I want to know, does Spawning Power apply to the Necro animate spells?

Thanks Eve... dangit even the ultra-sweet look can't sway me from taking Ritualist as a primary for the Spawning. Dangit.
