PC - Silencing Dragon Scythes of Warding

I looked in the sticky and there wasn't any info on +15/-5 energy versions of these scythes.

Here's the specs:

Slashing: 7-17 (Req. 11 Dagger Mastery)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Lengthens Dazed duration on Foes by 33%
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
