PC: Max Dmg, 15^50, req.10 feathered longbow.

Need a check on this bow as the title says it is the feathered skin.

Longbow of Warding
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 10 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

I'm reckoning its about 15k-20k but I'm probably wrong so any help is appreciated.
