PC: Perfect Vampiric Composite Bow

As far as I can tell, this item is perfect, and as good as any Factions green item. It's very similar to Razortongue's Recurve Bow, the primary difference being that Razortongue's is +1 Marksmanship, and my bow is +5 Armor.

Vampiric Composite Bow of Defense
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req. 8 Marksmanship)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Armor +5
Life stealing: 5
Health Regeneration -1

Any idea what it might be worth?
