i think the first one exist at collector ore maybe it was with an 30hp mod instead.

They dont exist except possibly as rare golds, but you can get similar ones as collectors/greens:
bortaks bone cesta
+1 death magic
half casting time

crafter in bukdek byway has a +1 death magic and +30 hp focus and the crafter in maatu keep has a +15 energy /-1 energy and +30hp focus

Kunrrus Fervor mixes the two with +1 death magic and +15energy /-1 energy regen

i dont think the first one exsists..could be wrong

is a possible gold wand; however, you would have better luck with a 10% recharge all instead of 20% recharge death
I believe it also exists as a blue...searh for it on GuildWiki.

Both in any version save as a collector will cost you a pretty penny.

Bortak's bone cesta halves casting time, not recharge time.

Garbok's Chalice has +1 20% and 20% Recharge for INSPIRATION...so there should/might be one for Death Magic. In fact, a lot of Prophecies Greens have those mods. I don't think the second one exists though...
