Similair to the Wayward wand end-game green. Wayward got +5energy^50 while mine got while enchanted, and a monk is always enchanted right?

I guess perfect would be req8 but who would buy this wand with that little spent in smiting prayers.

Would agree that a smiter would be enchanted due to some protection spell or other, and halves skill recharge is great due to the long recharge times of Smiting Prayers spells.
