GW account

A friend of mine doesn't play guild wars anymore and said he would give me his account. I have two questions:

Is this "legal"
If so how do i change the e-mail and password.

you will need the email addy used to create the account as well as the account password.

log in using the email/password.

when logged in go to your account and change the email following instructions

same for the password.

if your friend changes their mind later they can take back the account along with everything you have done on it.

its legal, selling it is against the rules

Hi, I thought it would be a good idea to use the same thread as the topic is kinda the same, the only difference is the game is still mine and I can't change the e-mail.

When I click on edit account and change mailing address it says only : "click the link below to make changes to your account" and gives me the link www.plaync.com.

when I log in the site, there isn't any option to change the e-mail except for the one on the main plaync account. is that the one I should change as it is the same one in the game? or is there something wrong?
