dp recharger

if you ask me i think they should put in more dp rechargers kinda like candy canes and only recover 15 dp instead of all of it you could find em at collectors and things like that. if theres an item like that already plz tell me.

I actually want tehm to put restrictions on CCs for PvE only. So they are not abused in PvP as they often have been in the past. However. I'll go with whatever...

BTW PvE has tons of DP regen tools, Shrines, Boss kills, Ect.. so I am assuming you want other ways to clear DP then Flag control for PvP, which would basically be cheating... If so well... Comon you really expect people to let you get away with a easy way to cheap in PvP? Not likely...

But if Anet keeps putting in the CC's each winterfest. Expect farmers to get them in mass droves and if you have money "off season" you should be able to get them.
