chances of rare loot

what are the chances of getting golds dropped for you, is it rareer in certain places, more common after you've completed a mission. And chests, im farming meguuma at the moment for brute sword, and i want to know the chance of me gettin golds in chest, and how(if possible) i can increase my chance of golds being dropped by creatures and from chests.

i highly doubt you'll get a gold max brute sword there. max tiems i dont thinke exist in magumma. once you get further like to the crystal desert rare drops will become more common

i was with a party yesterday and a gold max brute sword dropped for this guy

my first gold drop was a max cleaver (no inherant mod) got that from jungle

best palce for gold drops is the higher end places

southern shiverpeaks - from camp rankor and downwards -
fow/uw - chaos axes/fells/shadow blades/storm-eternal bows ect
fire island chain - lots of mursaat items/sephis axes
desert - mainly poor drops there though
kryta - dead bows if ya lucky

there is no way of calculating the drop rate of golds into a percentage..just keep on opening chests and grinding

btw the chances of getting a max gold weapon with a dmg mod in the jungle is slim..

brutes tend to drop in the crystal desert and onwards
