I was wondering if this is worth anything as is and what if I put some mods on it? Would that increase the value of this sword? Thank you!

Adding mods doesn't really boost value much. You'll probably spend more in mods than you'll make in the sale.

Sadly, people are crazy for gold text. A lot wont even look at a purple item, even though it might be the same stats.

around 10-15k, just cuz its purple sadly
