1. guess ya mean non-max as in the 14%.... I'd say merch/salvage tho
2. 10k and good luck selling

4. 5k or less and yeah, hard sell
5. being that it's a single mod and high req tactics, and not really all that rare.... 20k range might even be pushing it, but ya never know
