Shield Stance
Healing Signet
Dolyak Signet
Sprint or "Watch yourself!"

( Not sure about the attributes I used )

Be sure to have a stance up 24/7 and lure properly ( as in don't lure a huuuuuuuuuge group with those Barbed Grawls in there )

A hit-and-run ranger with cripshot, apply poison and hunters shot works too.
Apply poison, crip, hunters & run away and let the poison & bleeding work. Repeat until dead.

EDIT: oh yeah, you can see which mighty grawl is wielding the icebreaker, so concentrate on him.
