Earth Staff
Halves Casting Time of Earth Spells (20%)
Halves Skill Recharge Time of Earth Spells (20%)

Fire Staff
Halves Casting Time of Fire Spells (20%)
Halves Skill Recharge Time of Earth Spells (20%)
+1 Fire Magic (20%)

Those items may include other mods, too.
Only if they are;
a) Gold items
b) Max damage with max energy
c) 9-13 req. (Cause I think i can't afford 8 or lower )
