I'm stuck. There are no missions or primary quests for me to do. I have no idea what to do or where to go. The last thing I remember doing is going around and killing these things that have captured these spirits. One for each class in the game and the last one is Visu or something. And..... I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!!!!! PLEASE HELP!

You just did Tah. Temple quest. You pick up the next primary in the town you ended up in I beleive.

You need to get the quests "Meeting with the Emperor" and "The Count's Daughter" - they should be in the town you ended up in after doing the Tahnnakai Temple mission (the one you just did) Those quests will lead you to Arborstone.

The name of the town after Tannakai Temple is Zin Ku Corridor.

I'm already in Arborstone. I remember doing the Kraken mission. The last place I ended up at is Zos Shivros Channel. And there are no quests to get in there. I read up and I thought I needed to get 10k Factions for either side. I got 10k for Kurzick. But before that it says I need to go to Sunjiang District mission. But I'm not there yet. So I'm assuming that I have to do something to get there?

Go to Maatu Kep. There is a series of quests there, one will lead you to the next mission which will lead you to either House du Heltzer or Cavalon.
