apparently the max dmg gold sephis axes drop on the lich in hells principe so its reallly kinda hard to farm

nebo terrace outside the hot springs.

the skeleton/x drop a crapload of them sometimes 2 in the first small area with the skeleton sorc/grasping ghouls

The GoK hellhounds drop them. Every so often max or gold, so yeah. Farm there. Same with brute swords. Max damage gold 15% in stance for me
