Will new classes compensate 'weaknesses' in other classes?

I know this is my second thread in 10 minutes, but I didn't want to lump the two together.
So will the new classes compensate for weaknesses in the old ones? Lets take Assassins as an example, as a lot of people say they are 'broken'.
Everybody says Assassins are weak, but the new classes might help out with that a bit. Especially the paragon.

If you have a Paragon and an assassin on a team, the combo will be extremely effective. Several shouts give health and health regen. The one that caught my eye(no pun intended) was Go for the Eyes! This one attack boosts an assassins critical strikes from 20/30% to a maximum of 85/95%. Thats what I call a buff.

Try Assassin with Dervish. Suddenly our Assassin has some awesome AoE(though quite a few require scythes). How about an Assassin using Wind Prayers? Guiding Hands keeps your next 2-5 attacks from being blocked or evaded. Heart of the Holy Flame makes your attacks do holy damage for 30 seconds. And then sets your foes on fire. As well as doing holy aoe when initiated.
These new classes, in my opinion, should make up for some of the nerfs. And fix the supposedly 'broken' Assassin profession, without having to change the current skills that the Assassin currently has.

Can anyone think of other classes that may benefit from certain aspects of these new classes?
/edited title. Makes it shorter too.

I'd prefer that you would say that the classes 'compliment' each other. You're right that the classes have weaknesses... but 'compliment' sounds much better^^

Assasin cant tank, and the best spell from dervish is in the Dervish Primary attribute.

Now, an A/P is a good combo, with Go for the eyes and maybe fallback, spear attack and shield.

They still won't be able to tank, but certain Paragon/Dervish skills will give more surviveability. Even a tiny bit of leeway is better than none. I'd say go for the eyes would have to be the best I've seen yet. Thats an insane critical hit chance.

The problem with go for the eye is i think it affect only the next attack, but with a cost of 4 adren and dagger fast attack(1.33sec per strike and dagger chance of double striking) it can be 'maintain' and make critical defense stay up longer.

I found it hard to maintain critical defense due to the stance spamming ranger and blind spammer.
