Mammoth Axe: 5-10k
Swords
Oni Blade (20% while hexed): Not a popular damage mod: ~5-10k/Expert salvage if you find it too difficult to sell. Armor +5 will get you around 4-5k these days.
Oni Blade (14% stance): ~10k-ish
Offhand
Ominous Eidolon: ~15-20k
Hammer
Supreme Bludgeoner: I would expert salvage and hope for the AP 20/20
Daggers (I'll leave for someone else to do them as I haven't got a clue...)
Bows: 3-5k for both
