Natural regen?

Does health/Energy naturally regenerate? Is there a resting feature where you top and recover your health/energy? I havent played yet and i'm curious about getting back lost health/energy.

It regens over time, the regen speed is class dependent. Many skills also help regen both health and energy.

Health begins to regen once you are out of combat naturally on it's own and increases in speed of regen the longer you are out of combat until your health is full.
Energy regen is different per class, casters have 4 pips of regen naturally and warriors and rangers have 2 pips i think.

^ ^ warriors have 2 energy regen, rangers have 3 energy regen..

There are maintained enchantments that require 1 pip of energy. If you have 3 of such enchants, such as a 55 caster build, you only have a regen of 1 pip.
There is no rest feature where you will regain energy or health faster. There are some skills that will give you additional pips of regen for health and energy.

yea and if you are in combat and your regenerating hp....if sumone attacks u with a skill then it stops

Erm, I should note ... that every class in the game has a natural +2pip energy regen ... it's your armor that gives you the extra +1 or +2 ... not that you'd be strolling around fighting things with no armor on whatsoever, of course 
One of the extras comes in your leggings only (for rangers, giving them +3)
And for casters with a +4 total, you get one out of your stylish shoes, and one from legs.
warriors = only +2
rangers = +3 (2 natural, 1 leggings)
necro/monk/ele/mesmer = +4 (2 natural, 1 from leggings, 1 from shoes)
