This is basically the main damage dealer of the party, you can either use Essence Strike or Signet of Spirits for your energy management, it depends if you're playing in TA or AB. In AB, you should use Grasping Was Kuurong for your elite since a Ress Sig doesn't do much good there with the frequent resurrects.

This build won't probably make it into the game but it's worth a shot. I haven't tested it out yet.. mainly due to the lack of people wanting to try it.
Elementalists will probably destroy this build if the Spirits aren't placed carefully. Then again, it might take too long to set up the spirits in the first place while you're playing AB. This will probably be the main problem for this build. Another problem is the lack of Condition/Hex Removal, the only Condition Removal in the whole build is Mend Body and Soul. Feel free to modify/critisize..
