Zealous mods rarely make a difference on baseline prices.

I would say... "Sell it as it is... Don't bother getting perfect mods for the axe as it's just a waste of money..."

I did mean that as a compliment ~ in a very tongue-in-cheek manner... I like people who ask questions instead of screaming their heads off as to why their weapon is not much more valuable just because they have a +29 or 10/10 upgrade on it.
