I could be totally off on this, but I had heard that -heath offhands requiring healing prayers had been nerfed. If i'm right, how much would this be worth?

They Oftenly Drop off of Chests alot. the Focuses. Um if you get a +12 energy +5 armor -20hp - Worth about 5k-10k for those 55monks, or 55 what ever. Incase they ever Die.
