Hi guys, I just got this nice sword from a guildie, and I was wondering how much it would be worth.

Crippling Shadow Blade of Shelter
Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (Requires 10 Swordmanship)
Dmg +15%
Armor -10 (While Attacking)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33%
Armor +7 (Vs. Physical Attacks)

You guys got any ideas?
